Clear the Path to Lasting Relief.
My Treatment Approach
Many common aches and pains come from areas of taut, hyperirritable muscle fibers known as trigger points. These sensitive spots can cause local discomfort, refer pain to other areas, and restrict normal movement.
My Focus: Real, Lasting Relief
Treatment focuses on identifying and releasing these areas while addressing the surrounding muscle tension that keeps them active. By working systematically, your sessions aim to:
Reduce chronic pain by deactivating active trigger points.
Restore easy movement by targeting deep tissue and restricted myofascial layers.
Calm the nervous system so you leave feeling deeply relaxed, even after focused therapeutic work.
At its core, the goal is always the same: to ease persistent discomfort, improve your mobility, and support your long-term wellness.

Add-Ons
Cupping- $15
Silicone cups are applied to the skin to gently lift and decompress the tissue. This can help increase local circulation, reduce muscle tightness, and encourage better movement between layers of tissue.
Cupping is often helpful for areas that feel chronically tight or restricted, such as the back, shoulders, or hips, and can be especially beneficial for people who engage in regular physical activity.
“Why Add It?” - Static cups allow for multi-tasking during your session. While the cups are left to deeply release tension in one major problem area, I’m able to use manual massage on another area. It maximizes your hands-on time and results!
Better movement. Less pain.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on your goals. If you’re working through chronic tension or ongoing discomfort, a consistent schedule of every 1-2 weeks to start is best to build momentum. Once we get things moving smoothly, transitioning to 1-2x a month is great for keeping discomfort at bay.
But remember: any massage is better than no massage! Fit it in whenever your schedule allows, your body will thank you either way.

This is a common misconception. It can feel intense at times, especially when working through tight or restricted muscles, but pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level. The goal is effective relief, not unnecessary pain. If the pressure is too intense, it can sometimes cause muscle guarding (a reflex in which the muscle automatically tenses up), preventing effective tension release.

We’ll start by having a thorough conversation at the beginning about your concerns and areas of focus. The pressure will be adjusted to your comfort level throughout the session. It’s normal for some spots to feel a bit sensitive during deeper work, but if it is too much pressure you can let me know at any point. (Or if you would like more pressure too!).
You undress to your comfort level, and you are always properly draped during the session. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and your privacy is respected at all times.

Staying hydrated, stretching daily (even just for 5 minutes!), and incorporating strengthening exercises into your routine can all help maintain your results and reduce recurring tension.
